  1. Where does Aussie-Noosa ship to?
    We currently offer free shipping within Australia. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
  2. How long does it take to receive my order?
    Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days.
  3. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking the “View Order Status” link in the email or by entering the tracking number on the USPS website.
  4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can update your address by emailing aussienoosa@gmail.com. However, we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
  5. What is your return policy?
    We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  6. How do I request a return?
    To initiate a return, please contact us at aussienoosa@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  7. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
    No, we do not charge a restocking fee, and return shipping is free for defective products and customer remorse.
  8. How long does it take to receive my refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. If you don’t receive it within 15 business days, please contact us.
  9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at aussienoosa@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue.
  10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing aussienoosa@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL, ORDER#." If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
